The F7 is a new addition to Rottler's range of cylinder boring machines. This machine was specially designed for compact engines, motorcycles, snowmobiles, marine blocks, compressors, etc. This new demands in compact engine blocks. Special production and blind hole cutterheads and insert toolholders provide added features for precision boring operations. Complete block banks can be programmed and automatically machined.

The F67A moves accurately from hole to hole unattended and saves all settings in memory for instant recall. It can be easily updated for additional functions such as bore, surface, line bore, ream, drill, tap, etc.

The F68A is a truly amazing machining center. Blueprint bore, Line bore, Deck blocks, Surface heads, true lifter bores, automatic milling to size, all in fully automatic operational modes. Just a few of the features of the 68A include:

The control system is a Rottler Proprietary system available from Rottler exclusively. G Code CNC machines are available anywhere. Companies that package these machines are non essential. Rottler programming allows the operator to program machining functions with great ease. This greatly increases the value of Rottler CNC machines to the end user.

We can demonstrate the programming in your shop. G code files can be imported and Run in the controller for the more advanced operators/Programmers. Rottler Cam is also an operating system that has advanced beyond the G Code system. You have 3 choices with the Rottler control.

The F98Y is designed for machining large engines used in the earthmoving, mining, oil and gas, power generation and marine work boat industries up to the size of the CAT 3516, Cummins QSK 60, MTU 4000 V16, Waukesha 7042, etc.

F90Y Series machines have the capability of Boring, Surfacing, Line Boring, and Universal Machining. Traveling column and spindle movements operated by precision ball screws and AC servo motors. Optional Automatic cycle software and production tooling allow complete block banks to be machined without operator attendance, once the job is set up and the "cycle start" button is pressed, the operator is free to "walk away" and do other work while the F90Y completes a block bank or main line bore unattended! Increased clearance from spindle centerline to the machine’s column allow large castings to be set up and machined.
